RMA warranty
Meimon
will provide full warranty to original customer who purchased
our product during 1 years from
the date of shipment under the following terms and conditions:
The
Warranty just apply to the duty of artwork or
technology of the meinon company, shall not apply to merchandise found to be damaged
due by inadequate maintenance and care, improper use, modified
or connection to incompatible equipment , abuse, Accident,
fire, flood£¬the act of the God.
Customers
need to send all the bad products to us in their own charge and we will repair
them or replace them in our shenzhen Meinon factory then send
back to our customers in our own charge by courier account.
Mini
order should be over 500pcs/items.
In
order to save the RMA charge of customers,
we have the following ways:
1) we provide updated firmware to
customers and teach them how to repair the products in their
side, which is easy to do it.
2) If there are repeated order, we will
replace all the defective products for customers in advance
and deliver them together with the repeated order, customers just need
to send back all the defective products in the end of year in one
time.
3)also we will join two-four times of
different fairs , like HK electronics Fair, CEBIT, all of
our customers can replace any defective products on our booth,
while they should inform us the RMA information before the
fair on half month.
